Skivee Group Private Limited ("we", "us") operates skivee.mv. This explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

1. What we collect

Account and contact — name, phone number, email address.
Delivery — building or flat, street, island; and for boat deliveries, the vessel name, harbour and crew contact number.
Orders — what you bought, payment method reference, and Skivee Pass activity.
Technical — IP address, browser and device type, and session cookies needed to keep you signed in and hold your bag.

2. Why we collect it

To deliver your order to your door or your boat.
To run your Skivee Pass balance and any vouchers.
To send order updates and answer support questions.
To keep the financial records Maldivian tax law requires us to keep.

3. Who else sees it

We don't sell, rent or trade your data. We share only what's necessary, with:

Hosting and database providers — our site and data run on enterprise cloud infrastructure, which means your data is stored on servers outside the Maldives.
Bank of Maldives — card details go straight to the bank's gateway and are never stored on our servers. We keep only a transaction reference.
Delivery riders and vessels — the name, address and phone number needed to physically hand over your parcel, and nothing else.

4. Security and how long we keep it

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and database access is restricted. Order and tax records are kept for as long as Maldivian accounting rules require. Account data is kept while your account is open.

5. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. We'll act on deletion requests except where we're legally required to retain transaction records — those we keep, and we'll tell you which.
